Shipping policy
Orders are processed and packaged during our business hours: Tuesday–Friday from 11:00 AM–5:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM–3:00 PM. Please allow approximately 5–7 business days from the date of your order for your items to arrive. Business days do not include Sundays, Mondays, or holidays.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to shipping carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Once your order leaves our store and has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Walker Lane is no longer responsible for any shipping delays, lost packages, damaged packages, or delivery issues. Any concerns regarding the shipment must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.
Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order. Walker Lane is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
