Return Policy

At Walker Lane Dress & Tux, we take pride in offering high-quality formalwear and special occasion styles. Please review our return policy carefully before making your purchase.


Final Sale Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

  • All formalwear (mothers, prom, homecoming, etc.)
  • All tuxedos (rental or purchase)
  • All jewelry
  • All accessories

Returns for Social Occasion Dresses

Dresses purchased under our Social Occasion tab may be returned under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase.
  • Returns are eligible for store credit only.
  • Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition.
  • All original tags must still be attached.
  • Items must be free of stains, odors (including smoke/perfume), makeup, or damage.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Any final sale merchandise listed above.
  • Items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged.
  • Items returned outside of the 7-day window.
  • Any item that was ON SALE. All SALE ITEMS are FINAL PURCHASE

Store Credit Details

Approved returns will receive store credit in the form of a Walker Lane credit to be used toward a future purchase. Store credit is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Store credit will be issued as a digital gift card - the digital gift card can be used ONLINE ONLY.
